On Sunday we had a video shoot for our kids band, and Uriel Dunn very kindly took some pictures! Videos coming soon IY"H Originally a wordless Chabad Nigun from Nikolayev, the words Ve'Elokim were added commemorating the Rebbe's 73rd birthday (corresponding to Psalm 74, from where the words are taken). An old and heart-felt Nigun that R' Sholom Charitonow, the Shochot and musician of Nikolayev, used to sing to the words Ki Hinei Kachomer. The Nigun expresses how we are nullified before our Creator, and how we rely on Him and request from Him all our needs. |
