​How Private Lessons Works
  • We'll match you with an appropriate teacher considering the instrument, level and day/time that works for you.
  • All lessons are charged weekly (twice a week could be good for those who want to progress at a fast pace, with a lot of practice between lessons; or for young students if they need extra help).
  • In-person lessons are: 30 minutes ($50), 45 minutes ($75), 60 minutes ($100) or 120 minutes ($150).
  • Online lessons are: 50 minutes ($50), or 65 minutes ($65) and includes 5 extra minutes in case of technical difficulties.
  • Online lessons require: 1. High speed internet 2. Modern, fast device with Google Meet. 3. Lesson space with no distractions 4. Video setup to include student's face and hands. (laptop or tablet/phone stand recommended)
  • In-person students have the option of using a room in Mamesh Music (depending on availability) at the price of $5 per half hour. (Instruments with headphones in the hallway may be used for free if they are available).
  • Instruments are required for home practice (drummers may start with a practice pad for a while).
  • At least 10-15 minutes per day is required for home practice (at least 2-3 days a week).
  • Your card will be charged automatically every week that there are lessons (not Yom Tov and fast days).
  • 24 hour notice required to make any changes/cancellation (all single lesson cancelations must be done online). One cancellation per English month is allowed while keeping the weekly time slot.
  • Lesson price below represents the 50%-off offer. If you continue, the lesson will return to regular price.
